The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) reported that a drone, reportedly belonging to the International Coalition, killed an ISIS leader last night, March 30.
The London-based website reported the killing of Abu al-Haijaa al-Tunusi, a prominent ISIS leader on the outskirts of Raqqa city.
Tunisia was allegedly sent by Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of the ISIS to oversee the military operations of the organisation in the northeastern countryside of Aleppo.
The activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights in al-Raqqah also reported that another IS member accompanying Tunusi in the vehicle was also killed, but it is not known whether he was the driver or another leader of the organisation.
